Cancellation Policy

  • Wallet recharges are not eligible for cancellation

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only for direct service purchases that have not been consumed and are not debited from the wallet.

All wallet recharge amounts are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds are credited back to the same card
  • Payment gateway refunds are made to the same source account

  • Used or partially used services
  • Account suspension due to policy violations
