By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Pricing Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

3. Services Offered

SPRL provides electronic services including URL shortening, redirection, custom domains, analytics, API-based integrations, and related tools.

We strive to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted availability.

4. Account Registration

• Users must register with valid and accurate information
• Email verification is required to activate an account
• Verification links must be confirmed within 30 days
• Unverified accounts may be deleted

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Provide accurate personal and business information
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the platform

6. Acceptable Use Policy

(A) Security Restrictions

8. Wallet & Payments

SPRL operates a prepaid wallet system for paid services.

• Wallet recharges are non-refundable
• Wallet balance does not expire
• Funds can only be used on the SPRL platform

9. Account Termination, Suspension & API Key Deactivation

Users may delete their account at any time from the dashboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or API access in cases of misuse, fraud, security threats, policy violations, or unlawful activity.

In addition, API keys may be automatically deactivated due to prolonged inactivity.

An API key may be marked inactive if:

• The API key was created more than 60 days ago, and
• No successful API requests have been made using that key in the preceding 60 days.

Newly created API keys are not subject to deactivation during their initial activation period.

Deactivated API keys may be reactivated upon request or by resuming API usage, subject to applicable verification and platform policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company for the service in question.

11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

13. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for content or practices of third-party websites linked from our platform.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law
