Pricing Policy

1. Pricing Overview

SPRL follows a Pay-As-You-Use pricing model.

• Start free
• No subscriptions
• No auto-renewals
• No hidden charges

Charges apply only after free limits are exhausted and are deducted from your prepaid wallet based on actual usage.

2. Supported Currencies

• INR (₹)
• USD ($)
• EUR (€)
• GBP (£)

GBP pricing is the same as EUR pricing.

3. Free Usage Limits (Your Max Limits)

Every account includes free limits, visible inside the dashboard.

Short URL Free Limits

• Daily: 20 links
• Monthly: 100 links
• Total: 200 links

Other free limits (branded domains, forms, leads, delay pages, visitor tracking) are shown directly in your dashboard.

4. Unlimited Link Creation

There is no fixed per-day restriction on short URL creation.

Once free limits are exhausted, users can create unlimited links provided sufficient wallet balance is available.

5. Usage-Based Pricing (Your Cost)

Charges apply only after free limits are used.

• Short links (per link)
• Visitor clicks (if tracking is enabled)
• Web pages / forms
• Personalized forms
• Lead generation
• Delay pages

Pricing is clearly displayed in the dashboard under the Your Cost section.

6. Click Tracking

Click tracking is optional.

• If enabled, clicks are chargeable after free limits
• If disabled, no click charges apply
• Charges apply only to newly tracked clicks

7. Custom Domain Configuration

Up to 2 custom domains can be configured free of charge.

At the time of configuration, wallet must have a minimum balance of:

• ₹500 (INR)
• $10 (USD)
• €10 (EUR)
• £10 (GBP)

This is a minimum balance requirement and not a fee.

8. Wallet System

• Wallet recharge is manual
• No automatic top-ups
• No deductions without usage

If wallet balance is insufficient, paid usage may pause.

9. API Usage & Pricing

• API keys can be created free of charge
• No free limits for API usage
• API pricing is the same as manual usage pricing
• Users may recharge small amounts for testing

For bulk or high-volume API usage, users are requested to contact us.

10. Taxes & GST (India)

For Indian customers, 18% GST is applicable as per government regulations.

11. Invoicing & Billing

Wallet usage invoices are generated monthly on the 2nd day of the following month.

Invoices include usage summary, charges, and applicable taxes.

12. Wallet Refund Policy

This includes unused balance, inactivity, partial usage, or account suspension.

13. Pricing Changes

Pricing or limits may change due to infrastructure, feature updates, or market conditions. Changes apply only to future usage.

14. Fair Usage

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or misuse.
