The SPRL Wallet is a prepaid billing system used by eligible pay-as-you-go services. Instead of making individual payments for each transaction, customers can recharge their wallet and allow supported services to deduct charges automatically based on actual usage.
Only products that support wallet billing will deduct charges from your wallet.

If sufficient wallet balance is not available, the affected service, subscription renewal, or transaction may be delayed, suspended, or declined until adequate funds are added.

Developer APIs are available for selected SPRL products and services. Unless otherwise stated, API usage follows the same pricing model as the corresponding product or service.
Creating API credentials does not automatically include free usage or additional credits. Any applicable charges are calculated using the pricing applicable to the underlying service.
Customers integrating with SPRL APIs are responsible for monitoring their usage, implementing appropriate rate limiting within their applications, and maintaining sufficient account balance where wallet billing applies.
Enterprise customers with high-volume API requirements may contact SPRL for customised commercial arrangements where available.
Published prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on the product, customer location, and local regulatory requirements.
Where applicable, taxes including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, or similar indirect taxes will be calculated in accordance with applicable laws.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and tax-related details where required by law.
For customers whose transactions are subject to Indian taxation, GST is applied in accordance with applicable Government of India regulations.
Wallet recharges represent prepaid deposits into your account and do not generate GST invoices at the time of recharge.
GST invoices are generated for eligible billable services based on actual service usage during the applicable billing period.
SPRL maintains billing records for eligible purchases and service usage made through your account.

Monthly tax invoices are generated after completion of the applicable billing period and are available for download through your account dashboard where supported.
A payment may fail because of banking restrictions, payment gateway errors, insufficient funds, expired payment sessions, network interruptions, or other circumstances outside SPRL's control.

Where payment cannot be completed, wallet balance is insufficient, or subscription renewal fails, SPRL may suspend, limit, or discontinue access to the affected paid services until payment has been successfully completed.
Any suspension applies only to the services affected by the unpaid charges and does not automatically terminate your SPRL account unless otherwise stated.
This Pricing Policy, together with any applicable product pricing pages, enterprise agreements, and referenced SPRL legal policies, constitutes the complete understanding regarding pricing and billing for SPRL services.
