Overview
Links and Info Blocks are two important parts of an SPRL Bio Page. They allow you to give visitors quick access to your websites, social profiles, contact information, location, business details, and other useful information.
You can add multiple links and create multiple Info Blocks to organize your content into clear and useful sections.
For example, a Bio Page could contain a group of important links followed by separate Contact, Office, and Support information blocks.
Adding Links
The Links section allows you to add destinations that you want visitors to access from your Bio Page.
Links can be used for:
- Personal websites
- Business websites
- Social media profiles
- Portfolio pages
- Online stores
- Important resources
- Other external websites
How to Add a Link
To add a link to your Bio Page:
- Open My Drive → Bio Pages.
- Open the Bio Page you want to edit.
- Go to the Links section.
- Add a new link.
- Enter the link title or label.
- Enter the destination URL.
- Configure the available link options.
- Save your Bio Page.
The link will appear on your public Bio Page after the page is saved and published.
Tip
Use a clear link title so visitors immediately understand what they will find when they click it.
Organizing Your Links
The order of your links can affect how easily visitors find important information.
Consider placing your most important destinations first, such as:
- Main website
- Important business or product page
- Primary social profile
- Portfolio or store
- Other resources
Keep your link list focused on destinations that are useful to the people visiting your Bio Page.
Link Appearance
The way your links appear on the public page can be controlled through the Bio Page Appearance settings.
You can choose between different link presentation styles, including:
| Style | Description |
|---|
| Full | Displays the link with its icon and text. |
| Text | Displays the link using its text. |
| Icon | Displays the link using its icon. |
Link appearance is independent from the destination of the link, so you can change the visual presentation without changing the URL itself.
What Are Info Blocks?
Info Blocks allow you to display additional information on your Bio Page in organized groups.
Unlike a single contact section, you can create multiple Info Blocks and give each block its own title and group of information items.
This makes it possible to organize different types of information separately.
Supported Info Block Types
Info Blocks support several types of information:
| Type | Purpose |
|---|
| Phone | Display a phone number visitors can use to contact you. |
| Email | Display an email address for contacting you. |
| WhatsApp | Provide a WhatsApp contact option. |
| Location | Display a location that visitors can access. |
| Website | Display a website or web address. |
| Address | Display a physical address. |
| Hours | Display business or availability hours. |
| Custom | Display other information that does not fit the standard types. |
Creating an Info Block
To create an Info Block:
- Open your Bio Page in the builder.
- Go to the Info Blocks section.
- Click Add Info Block.
- Enter a title for the block.
- Add the information items you want to display.
- Save your Bio Page.
Each Info Block can contain multiple information items.
Example: Contact Information
You can create a Contact Info Block containing several contact methods.
| Item | Example |
|---|
| Phone | +91 98765 43210 |
| Email | hello@example.com |
| WhatsApp | +91 98765 43210 |
This keeps all of your primary contact methods together in one section.
Creating Multiple Info Blocks
You can create multiple Info Blocks when you want to separate different types of information.
For example:
| Block | Items |
|---|
| Contact | Phone, Email, WhatsApp |
| Office | Address, Location, Hours |
| Support | WhatsApp, Email, Website |
Each block is managed independently, allowing you to keep related information together.
Using Quick Add
SPRL provides quick-add options for commonly used contact information.
You can quickly add:
- Phone
- Email
- WhatsApp
- Location
Quick Add makes it easier to start building a Contact Info Block without manually configuring every item.
If a Contact Info Block already exists, using Quick Add adds the selected information to that block instead of creating a separate Contact block each time.
Tip
Use Quick Add when you are setting up common contact information, then edit the labels and values to match your requirements.
Editing an Info Block
You can edit an existing Info Block whenever you need to change its information.
You can update:
- Block title
- Item label
- Item value
- Information type
- Items within the block
After making changes, save the Bio Page to apply the updated information.
Deleting an Info Block Item
Individual items can be removed from an Info Block when they are no longer needed.
For example, if you no longer want to display a phone number:
- Open the Info Block.
- Find the phone item.
- Click the delete option for that item.
- Save the Bio Page.
The item will no longer be displayed on the public page.
Deleting an Info Block
If an entire Info Block is no longer required, you can remove the block from the Bio Page.
When an Info Block is removed, its information is no longer displayed on the public Bio Page after the changes are saved.
Actionable Contact Information
Supported contact information can provide visitors with convenient actions instead of simply displaying text.
| Information | Visitor Action |
|---|
| Phone | Can open the device's phone application. |
| Email | Can open the visitor's email application. |
| WhatsApp | Can open WhatsApp for the configured number. |
| Location / Address | Can open a map search for the configured location or address. |
| Website | Can open the configured website. |
This makes your Bio Page more useful as a contact and business profile rather than simply a static information page.
Example Bio Page Structure
A business Bio Page could be organized like this:
Profile Business Name Founder / Company Description
Links Website Instagram LinkedIn Online Store
Contact Phone Email WhatsApp
Office Address Location Business Hours
Support WhatsApp Email Support Website
This structure keeps the page easy to understand while giving visitors multiple ways to interact with the business.
Best Practices
