QR Code Scan Analytics

Track scans, visitors and campaign performance.

Overview

QR Code Scan Analytics helps you measure how people interact with your Dynamic QR Codes. By tracking scan activity, you can evaluate the success of your campaigns, understand customer engagement, and make data-driven decisions to improve your marketing efforts.

Unlike Static QR Codes, Dynamic QR Codes in SPRL provide detailed analytics without requiring you to change or reprint your QR Code.

Good to Know:
Scan Analytics are available only for Dynamic QR Codes. Static QR Codes do not support scan tracking.

Most scans from mobile devices Ensure your destination page is fully mobile-friendly.
Growing scan activity Your campaign is gaining traction.

  • Review scan reports regularly.
  • Always test your QR Code before launching a campaign.

  • Use clear calls-to-action to encourage more scans.
  • Keep your landing pages fast, secure, and mobile-friendly.

Troubleshooting

I don't see any scan data

Verify that you're using a Dynamic QR Code. Analytics are not available for Static QR Codes. Also, ensure the QR Code has been scanned after it was created.

The scan count seems lower than expected

Confirm that your QR Code is clearly visible, easy to scan, and placed where users can easily access it. Adding a call-to-action can also improve engagement.

Why doesn't every scan appear immediately?

Some analytics may take a short time to process before appearing in your reports.
