The Bulk URL Shortener allows you to create hundreds or even thousands of short URLs in a single operation, eliminating the need to shorten links one by one. It's ideal for marketing campaigns, e-commerce catalogs, affiliate links, newsletters, product pages, and enterprise-scale link management.

SPRL supports multiple bulk shortening methods, including Excel and CSV file uploads, manual link entry, personalized links, and automatic extraction of links from web pages.

Preparing Your File

For standard bulk shortening, your spreadsheet must contain the destination URLs. Optional columns such as Title and URL Slug can also be included.

Personalized Links allow every recipient to receive a unique short URL containing their own information. This is useful for invoices, certificates, event invitations, customer onboarding, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing campaigns.

Simply upload your audience data and SPRL automatically generates personalized destination URLs for every row.

Bulk Shortening Process

1. Navigate to Dashboard → Bulk URL Shortener.
2. Select the bulk shortening method.
3. Create a new folder or choose an existing folder.
4. Select the short domain.
5. Configure optional settings such as expiration, UTM parameters, redirect delay, or custom 404 page.
6. Upload your spreadsheet or paste URLs manually.
7. Click Create Short URLs.

Each custom URL slug must be unique. Modify the conflicting value and upload the file again.
