After adding your custom domain to SPRL, you must configure its DNS (Domain Name System) records. DNS records tell the internet where your domain should point, allowing SPRL to verify ownership, activate SSL, and begin serving branded short links.
This guide explains how to update your DNS records and complete the domain setup process.
Ensure you have the following before updating your DNS records.

After you submit your domain, SPRL generates the DNS records required for verification.
You simply add these records to your DNS provider. Once the changes have propagated, SPRL automatically verifies your domain and continues with SSL activation.

Open your Custom Domain settings in SPRL and locate the DNS configuration details generated for your domain.

Sign in to the company where your domain's DNS is managed. This is usually your domain registrar or DNS hosting provider.
Locate the DNS Management or DNS Zone section for the domain you are configuring.
Create the DNS records exactly as provided by SPRL.

Only remove existing records if they conflict with the DNS configuration provided by SPRL or if you understand their purpose. Deleting unrelated records may affect your website or other services.
