Overview
Before you can send an email campaign, your recipients must be added to a Recipient Group. SPRL supports importing email addresses individually or in bulk using CSV files.
To help improve email deliverability and reduce bounce rates, SPRL recommends validating your email list before importing it into a Recipient Group. Only email addresses with an "OK" verification status should be used for sending email campaigns.
Good to Know:
SPRL allows email campaigns to be sent only to verified "OK" email addresses. This helps maintain sender reputation and improves overall delivery performance.
