Sender Mailing & Domain Verification

Learn how to add sender email addresses, configure your sending domain, and improve email authentication and deliverability before launching email campaigns.

Overview

Before sending email campaigns, you should configure your sender email addresses and sending domain. Sender Mailing identifies who your emails are sent from, while Domain Verification helps establish your domain as an authorised sending source, improving email authentication and delivery.

Using verified business email addresses and a properly configured sending domain helps improve sender reputation and increases the likelihood that your emails reach recipients' inboxes.

Good to Know:
We recommend using business email addresses on your own domain. Free email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, AOL, and Hotmail are not supported for sender email registration due to modern email authentication requirements.

Each email campaign must be sent from an approved sender email address.

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Master → Sender Mailing.

  5. Optionally add remarks.
  6. Click Add Sender Email.

Troubleshooting

Can I use Gmail or Outlook.com as my sender email?

No. Free webmail addresses are not supported. Use an email address associated with your own business domain.

Why isn't my sender email available when creating a campaign?

Ensure the sender email has been added and its status shows as approved.

Why should I configure my own domain?

A properly configured domain helps authenticate your emails and improves overall deliverability.

My domain status is not active

Verify that the required DNS or nameserver configuration has been completed correctly before attempting to send campaigns.
