Overview

Bulk Email Verification allows you to verify thousands of email addresses in a single upload. Simply upload a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file, and SPRL will analyse every email address, classify the verification results, and generate a downloadable report.

Bulk verification is the recommended option before sending email campaigns, importing large contact lists, or cleaning existing customer databases.

Your upload can include additional columns such as names or customer information. Ensure all email addresses are stored in the same column.

How to Verify a Bulk Email List

1. Navigate to Dashboard → Files → Uploaded Files.
2. Select the Bulk Verification tab.
3. Click Choose File.
4. Select your CSV, XLS, or XLSX file.
5. Click Upload Emails.
6. The file will enter the verification queue.
7. Track progress from Dashboard → Verification.
8. Open the completed report and download your results.

Verification Workflow

Viewing Completed Files

When verification is complete, navigate to Dashboard → Verification → Completed.

Each completed file displays:

• File ID
• File name
• Total email addresses
• Verification status
• Verification date
• Expiry date for the report

Understanding the Verification Report

Every completed file includes a detailed report showing the distribution of verification results.

Download Verification Results

Once verification has finished, you can download your results directly from the completed report.

Use the status filter to export email addresses based on their verification result, making it easier to prepare clean mailing lists for future campaigns.

Email Notification

SPRL automatically sends a notification email when your verification file has completed processing.

The notification includes:

• Verified file name
• Total emails processed
• Count of OK, Invalid, Catch All, Disposable, and Unknown email addresses
• A direct link to the completed verification report

Troubleshooting

My upload failed. What should I check?

Verify that your file is in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format, does not exceed 10 MB, and contains no more than 50,000 email addresses.

Can I upload files with additional columns?

Yes. Additional data columns are supported, provided all email addresses are stored in the same column.

How do I know when verification is complete?

You'll receive an email notification, and the file will move to Dashboard → Verification → Completed.

Can I download only valid email addresses?

Yes. You can filter and download results according to their verification status from the completed report.
