SPRL Email Verification helps you identify valid and risky email addresses before sending email campaigns. By verifying your email lists, you can reduce bounce rates, improve sender reputation, and increase overall email deliverability.
The verification process supports both single email verification and bulk file verification using CSV, XLS, and XLSX files. Once verification is complete, you can download filtered results and use only verified email addresses in your marketing campaigns.

The Email Verification module is organised into the following sections:

Every uploaded file follows the same verification workflow.

| 1. Upload Email File | Upload a CSV, XLS or XLSX file containing email addresses. |
| 2. Start Validation | SPRL begins verifying every email address in the file. |
| 3. Verification Progress | Track the processing status from the dashboard. |
| 4. Download Result | Review the report and download the verification results. |
Each verified email address is classified into one of the following categories.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| OK | The email address is valid and considered safe for sending emails. |
| Catch All | The destination server accepts all email addresses for the domain. Use with caution. |
| Disposable | The email belongs to a temporary email provider. |
| Invalid | The email address could not be verified as a valid mailbox. |
| Unknown | The verification result could not be determined at the time of processing. |
The Email Verification Dashboard provides an overview of your account activity.
When a bulk verification file finishes processing, SPRL automatically sends a completion email to your registered email address.
