Email verification is the process of checking whether an email address is valid and capable of receiving emails. Before you launch an email marketing campaign, verifying your email list helps reduce bounce rates, improve sender reputation, and increase inbox placement.
SPRL Email Verification analyses every email address in your file and classifies it into one of several verification statuses, allowing you to identify which recipients are safe to email and which should be avoided.
SPRL follows a structured verification process for every email address submitted.

| Upload | Upload a CSV, XLS or XLSX file, or verify a single email address. |
| Queue | The verification request is placed in the processing queue. |
| Verification | Each email address is analysed and assigned a verification status. |
| Completion | The verification report is generated and made available for download. |
| Notification | An email notification is sent once the verification file has been completed. |
You can monitor your files throughout the verification process.

| In Progress | The system is actively verifying email addresses. |
| Completed | The verification has finished and the report is ready. |
Navigate to Dashboard → Verification to monitor your uploaded files.
After processing, every email address is classified into one of the following categories.

| OK | Safe to use for email campaigns. |
| Catch All | Use with caution as the destination server accepts all addresses. |
| Disposable | Generally avoid using these temporary email addresses. |
| Invalid | Do not send emails to these addresses. |
| Unknown | Verification could not determine the mailbox status. |
When verification is complete, open the file from Dashboard → Verification → Completed.
