Single Email Verification allows you to instantly verify an individual email address without uploading a file. This is useful when you want to validate a new contact, customer enquiry, registration, or lead before adding it to your mailing list.

SPRL analyses the email address and returns a verification result that helps you decide whether it is safe to send emails to that recipient.

How to Verify a Single Email

1. Navigate to Dashboard → Files → Uploaded Files.
2. Select the Single Verification tab.
3. Enter the email address you want to verify.
4. Click Verify Email.
5. Wait a few moments while the verification is processed.
6. Review the verification result.

Some mail servers do not provide enough information to determine whether a mailbox exists. In these cases, the result is classified as Unknown.

For multiple email addresses, use the Bulk Verification feature instead of Single Verification.

Does verifying an email send a message to the recipient?

No. Email verification checks the email address without sending a marketing email to the recipient.

How many credits are used?

Each verified email address consumes one verification credit.
