Email Verification

Verify a Single Email Address

Learn how to instantly verify an individual email address using SPRL Single Email Verification before adding it to your contact list or sending emails.

Overview

Single Email Verification allows you to instantly verify an individual email address without uploading a file. This is useful when you want to validate a new contact, customer enquiry, registration, or lead before adding it to your mailing list.

SPRL analyses the email address and returns a verification result that helps you decide whether it is safe to send emails to that recipient.

Good to Know:
Single Email Verification uses one verification credit for each email address you verify and provides immediate verification results.

When to Use Single Email Verification

Single verification is ideal for validating individual email addresses before storing or using them.

  • Verify new customer enquiries.
  • Validate registration email addresses.
  • Check leads collected from websites or events.

Troubleshooting

Why did the verification return "Unknown"?

Some mail servers do not provide enough information to determine whether a mailbox exists. In these cases, the result is classified as Unknown.

Can I verify multiple email addresses at once?

For multiple email addresses, use the Bulk Verification feature instead of Single Verification.

Does verifying an email send a message to the recipient?

No. Email verification checks the email address without sending a marketing email to the recipient.

How many credits are used?

Each verified email address consumes one verification credit.
