After an email verification is completed, SPRL assigns a verification status to every email address in your file. These results help you determine which email addresses are safe to use for email campaigns and which ones should be removed or reviewed before sending.
Understanding each verification result is essential for maintaining clean mailing lists, reducing bounce rates, and improving email deliverability.
After your file has been processed, navigate to Dashboard → Verification → Completed and open the required verification report.
The report displays:

OK email addresses have passed the verification process and are considered suitable for sending email campaigns. These addresses should form the primary recipient list for your marketing or transactional emails.
Some organisations configure their mail servers to accept emails for any address within their domain. Although the server accepts the message, it does not confirm that the specific mailbox actually exists. These addresses may be deliverable but also carry a higher level of uncertainty.
Disposable email addresses are temporary mailboxes that are often created for short-term use. Since they are generally not intended for ongoing communication, they are not recommended for long-term mailing lists.
Invalid email addresses failed the verification process and should be removed from your mailing list. Sending emails to invalid addresses increases bounce rates and may negatively affect your sender reputation.
Some mail servers limit verification requests or temporarily prevent mailbox validation. In these situations, SPRL returns an Unknown result because the mailbox status cannot be confirmed.
