Online Forms

Form Notifications

Receive email notifications when someone submits your form.

Overview

Currently, SPRL Online Forms does not send automatic notifications when a form is submitted. Instead, all submissions are stored securely in your account and can be viewed anytime from the Leads dashboard.

This approach allows you to review submissions whenever it is convenient, filter responses by form, and export collected data for further processing.

Good to Know:
To check for new submissions, simply sign in to your SPRL account and open the Dashboard → My Drive → Leads section.
