SPRL Online Forms enables you to build professional forms without writing code. Whether you're collecting enquiries, customer feedback, registrations, surveys, file uploads, or digital signatures, the form builder provides a wide range of field types and customization options.
Each form receives a unique Page ID and can be shared using its generated template link. You can also manage all your forms, generate personalized links, and view submitted responses from a single dashboard.

After creating a form, it appears in the Online Forms dashboard where you can manage and share it.
