Overview
Every submission received through your Online Forms is stored in the Leads dashboard, making it easy to review, search, filter, export, and manage form responses from a central location.
Whether you are collecting contact enquiries, registrations, surveys, or lead capture forms, the Leads dashboard provides a complete view of all submitted responses, along with useful information such as submission date, IP address, and uploaded documents.
Good to Know:
Responses from all Online Forms are stored together. Simply select a specific form from the filter to view submissions for that form only.
Opening the Leads Dashboard
- Navigate to Dashboard → My Drive → Leads.
- Select the required form from the Custom Lead Forms dropdown.
- Click Search.
- Review the submitted responses.
Dashboard Summary
The dashboard displays an overview of your forms and submissions before listing individual responses.

Filtering Form Responses

Understanding the Response List
Each row in the response table represents a single form submission.

| IP Address | IP address from which the form was submitted. |
| User Data | Open the complete submitted response. |
| Location | Approximate location associated with the submission. |
| CPL | Displays the submission type. |
| Date | Date the response was received. |
Viewing Individual Responses
To review a complete submission:
- Locate the required record.
- Click View Data.
- Review all submitted field values.
- Download any uploaded documents if applicable.
Exporting Responses
The Leads dashboard includes several export options for reporting and record keeping.

Troubleshooting
I cannot find a response
Ensure you have selected the correct form from the Custom Lead Forms dropdown and clicked Search.
The response list is empty
Check whether the selected time filter (Today or Yesterday) is excluding older submissions. Switching to All Leads displays every available response.
I cannot download uploaded files
Verify that the form includes a File Upload field and use the Export Documents option to download submitted files.
I accidentally deleted a submission
Carefully review selected records before deleting them, as deleted submissions may not be recoverable.
