Understanding Usage Charges

Learn how SPRL usage charges are calculated, when wallet deductions occur, and how to review your Wallet Usage history.

Overview

Usage Charges represent the cost of eligible SPRL services that are billed based on actual consumption. Whenever you use a supported pay-as-you-go service, the applicable charges are automatically deducted from your available wallet balance.

The Wallet Usage section provides a detailed record of all wallet credits, debits, service charges, and available balance, allowing you to monitor your account activity at any time.

Navigation

Navigate to:

Dashboard → Account → Wallet → Wallet Usage

Services That Use Wallet Balance

Your wallet balance is used only for eligible services.

Service	How Charges Apply
URL Shortener	Charged based on your pay-as-you-go usage.
Email Marketing	Additional usage after your subscription quota has been exhausted.
WhatsApp Business API	Subscription renewal is deducted from your wallet when Auto Renewal is enabled.

Wallet Usage History

Every wallet transaction is recorded for transparency and auditing purposes.

The Wallet Usage page includes:

Information	Description
Activity	The service or event that generated the wallet transaction.
Credit	Amounts added to your wallet.
Debit	Amounts deducted for eligible services.
Transaction Type	Indicates whether the transaction is a Credit or Debit.
Date & Time	When the wallet transaction occurred.

How Usage Charges Are Applied

You use an eligible SPRL service.
The applicable usage charge is calculated.
The amount is deducted automatically from your available wallet balance.
The transaction is recorded in your Wallet Usage history.

Monitoring Your Usage

You can regularly review your wallet activity to understand how your balance is being used and to ensure sufficient funds are available for future usage.

View current Wallet Money.
Review debit transactions.
Track credit entries.
Monitor available balance.
Review historical wallet activity.

Important Notes

Usage charges are deducted automatically only for eligible wallet-based services.
Wallet deductions appear immediately in your Wallet Usage history.
If your wallet balance is insufficient, eligible services may be interrupted until sufficient funds are available.
Monthly GST invoices are generated based on actual service usage.

Why don't I see charges for subscription services?

Eligible wallet-based services may stop until your wallet is recharged with sufficient funds.
