How Wallet Billing Works

Learn how the SPRL prepaid wallet works, including Wallet Money, Bonus Credits, automatic deductions, and supported wallet services.

Overview

The SPRL Wallet is a prepaid billing system that allows you to pay for eligible services as you use them. Instead of making separate payments for every transaction, you can recharge your wallet once and your available balance is automatically used whenever an eligible service is consumed.

The wallet also supports promotional Bonus Credits, making it easier to manage both paid and promotional balances from a single location.

Navigate to:

Dashboard → Account → Wallet

Wallet Balances

Your wallet displays three different balances to help you understand your available funds.

Balance Description
Wallet Money Your prepaid balance added through successful wallet recharges.
Bonus Credit Promotional credits earned through recharge offers or special campaigns.
Total Available The combined available balance that can be used for eligible services.

How Wallet Billing Works

  1. Recharge your wallet with the desired amount.
  2. Your prepaid balance becomes available immediately after successful payment.
  3. When you use an eligible pay-as-you-go service, the applicable charges are deducted automatically.
  4. If Bonus Credits are available, they may be used automatically before Wallet Money where applicable.
  5. You can review all wallet activity from the Wallet Usage and Recharge History sections.

Services That Use Wallet Billing

Service Wallet Usage
URL Shortener Pay-as-you-go usage.
Email Marketing Additional usage after your subscription quota has been exhausted.
WhatsApp Business API Automatic subscription renewal when Auto Renewal is enabled.

Wallet History

The Wallet section provides complete visibility into your account activity.

Section Description
Recharge History View all successful wallet recharge transactions.
Wallet Money Usage Review credits, debits, and service-wise wallet deductions.
Bonus Credit Usage Track promotional bonus credits earned and used.
Monthly Tax Invoices Download GST invoices generated for monthly service usage.

Important Notes

  • Wallet balance is prepaid and available immediately after a successful recharge.
  • Wallet recharges are non-refundable once successfully processed.
  • Bonus Credits are promotional credits and may have expiry conditions.
  • GST invoices are generated for actual service usage, not at the time of wallet recharge.

What is the difference between Wallet Money and Bonus Credit?

Wallet Money is your prepaid balance added through recharges, while Bonus Credits are promotional credits provided through eligible offers or campaigns.

Can I use my wallet for every SPRL service?

No. Wallet billing applies only to eligible services such as URL Shortener usage, additional Email Marketing usage after subscription limits, and WhatsApp Business API subscription renewal when Auto Renewal is enabled.

When are charges deducted from my wallet?
