Overview

The Maximum Clicks feature automatically expires a temporary link after it has been opened a specified number of times. Once the click limit is reached, the link immediately becomes unavailable and can no longer be used to access the destination URL.

This feature is useful when you want to limit access to exclusive content, downloads, invitations, or confidential information that should only be viewed a certain number of times.

How Maximum Clicks Works

Each successful visit counts towards the configured click limit. As soon as the specified number of clicks has been reached, SPRL automatically expires the temporary link.

Steps to Configure Maximum Clicks

1. Open the Temporary Link page.
2. Select the desired Short Domain.
3. Enter the Destination URL.
4. Configure any optional settings such as Nested Route or Slug Type.
5. Select an expiry date if required.
6. Enter the desired value in the Max Clicks field.
7. Optionally configure a password or inactivity timeout.
8. Click Create Temporary Secure Link.
