Overview
The Contacts module helps you organise the recipients for your WhatsApp campaigns and API messaging. You can add contacts individually, import contacts in bulk using a CSV file, organise them into groups, assign tags, and filter contacts for easier campaign management.
A well-organised contact list makes it easier to target the right audience and manage large messaging campaigns efficiently.

Open the Contacts Dashboard
- Navigate to Dashboard → WhatsApp → Contacts.
- View your contact summary.
- Use the available filters to locate contacts.
- Add new contacts or import them in bulk.
Dashboard Overview
The Contacts dashboard provides a quick overview of your contact database.

Add a Contact
- Navigate to Dashboard → WhatsApp → Contacts.
- Click Add Contact.
- Select the WhatsApp Account.
- Enter the contact name.
- Enter the phone number.
- Optionally add tags, source, contact group, and state.
- Save the contact.

Import Contacts Using CSV
You can import multiple contacts at once using a CSV file.
- Click Import.
- Select your CSV file.
- Choose the WhatsApp Account.
- Optionally enter a Source.
- Select a Contact Group if required.
- Optionally enter a State.
- Start the import.
