The Campaign Analytics dashboard helps you monitor the performance of every WhatsApp campaign. It provides real-time delivery statistics, message status updates, campaign timelines, recipient-level tracking, and detailed message information so you can measure campaign performance and identify delivery issues.
Each campaign includes an analytics summary, processing timeline, recipient list, and message details, allowing you to monitor campaigns from creation through final delivery.

Campaign statistics are updated as messages are processed, making it easy to monitor delivery progress and customer engagement from a single screen.
Open Campaign Analytics
- Navigate to Dashboard → WhatsApp → Campaigns.
- Locate the campaign you want to review.
- Click the View icon.
- Review the campaign analytics and recipient details.
Campaign Summary
The top section displays an overview of the campaign and its current progress.
