Overview
Every WhatsApp message progresses through one or more delivery stages after it is sent. Understanding these message statuses helps you monitor campaign performance, identify delivery issues, and determine whether recipients have received, read, or responded to your messages.
SPRL displays message status at both the campaign level and the individual recipient level, allowing you to track every message from processing through to its final outcome.
Good to Know:
Message status updates are available from both the Campaign Tracking page and the individual Message Details window.
Where to View Message Status
- Navigate to Dashboard → WhatsApp → Campaigns.
- Open the required campaign.
- Review the campaign summary.
- View recipient-level statuses in the message list.

Troubleshooting
My message is still showing as Accepted
The message has entered processing. Refresh the Campaign Tracking page to check for the latest status updates.
My message was sent but not delivered
A sent message has left the platform but delivery has not yet been confirmed. Continue monitoring the message status for updates.
Why doesn't every delivered message show as Read?
A message must first be delivered before it can be marked as read. Read status is only available after the recipient opens the message.
Where can I view detailed tracking information?
Click View beside the recipient to open the Message Details window and review timestamps, message ID, and any available error information.
