Learn how to create and launch your first SMS campaign.

SPRL SMS Marketing enables businesses to send bulk SMS to customers across India using TRAI-compliant messaging. The platform supports Promotional and Transactional SMS, contact management, campaign scheduling, URL shortening, SMS APIs, delivery reports, and analytics.

Before sending SMS campaigns, your business must complete the mandatory DLT registration process and use approved Sender IDs (Headers) and approved DLT Templates.

Before You Start

Before purchasing SMS credits or creating campaigns, ensure your business meets the following requirements.

Business Registration Your business must be DLT registered.
Entity ID Obtain your approved DLT Entity ID.

Creating Your First SMS Campaign

  1. Purchase SMS credits.
  2. Complete your DLT registration.
  3. Create your Sender ID.
  4. Create and approve your SMS template.
  5. Add contacts or create contact groups.
  6. Create a new SMS campaign.
  7. Select the appropriate Sender ID and approved template.
  8. Review and send or schedule the campaign.
