Overview
The SMS Campaign Report provides detailed information about every SMS campaign sent through SPRL. From a single report, you can view campaign information, delivery statistics, click tracking, recipient-level status, and export the results for further analysis.
The report also allows you to refresh delivery statuses, search individual recipients, resend messages when appropriate, and create a retarget campaign.
Good to Know:
Delivery information is updated as status updates are received from the SMS network. Refreshing the report retrieves the latest available campaign information.
